So I'm frequenting the White Wolf World of Darkness online chat RP, and I got a request to draw someone's character. Since I was pleased with how my Vivian picture turned out, I decided to take the request and, well, I must've been in a really good move, because this was the result of it.

--THE LOWDOWN--
Drawing Time: Probably a total of 4-6 hours, on and off.

--PIPES AND GRIPES--
My 0.5 kept giving out on me, so I ended up using a 0.8 to do most of the thick outlines. I think now some of the lines are too thick in places and the lineweight gets through off balance. Darnit =\.

--THINGS I'M RATHER PROUD OF--
To offset my massive, thick lines, I tried to draw on a few specks of light lines with a 0.05, kind of giving a rough, dirty texture to the linework. She's supposed to be a construction worker, after all, her clothes ought to be a little weathered.

--A PENNY FOR YOUR THOUGHTS--
Her defining feature is that she has these sort of claw-shaped scars on her body. For her hair, I decided to give her a simple, conservative hairstyle, but on the side of her face where her scar is covering, her hair gets all mangled like it was burnt at one point.

I also had to redo my colors; at one point when I was putting flats down, she looked like a Blue Team Engineer =O.
